A SUSTAINABLE WINE & COCKTAIL MENU

As much care and love as we put into our food we put into our beverage program. All our suppliers – be it for soda, wine, coffee, tea or spirits – share our values. We all want to provide our guests with ethically sourced and produced goods.

Maison May’s wine and cocktail menu is a reflection of our overall food philosophy : We only serve natural and/or biodynamic wines made from grapes that are harvested in consistence with the seasons. Natural wines are always free of any additives or chemicals. Biodynamic winemaking allows the vines to grow at their own pace without any artificial manipulation.

Natural and sustainable wine and cocktails for private events
For our cocktails we use locally sourced, organic spirits and homemade juices, syrups and lemonades made from farm-fresh ingredients, never frozen or packaged. Of course, this puts certain limitations on our wine and cocktail menu, but it also allows us to feel good about which cocktails or natural/biodynamic wines we serve and our guests to be fully aware and in control of what they put in their bodies.

Catherine May is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to natural wines and biodynamic wine making. For her, wine is food. To showcase this he invites friends and regulars several times a year for wine dinners during which she and other winemakers taste natural wines and talk about sustainable winemaking while enjoying a farm to table feast and good company.
