A SUSTAINABLE WINE & COCKTAIL MENU
Maison May’s wine and cocktail menu is a reflection of our overall food philosophy : We only serve natural and/or biodynamic wines made from grapes that are harvested in consistence with the seasons. Natural wines are always free of any additives or chemicals. Biodynamic winemaking allows the vines to grow at their own pace without any artificial manipulation.
FLAVOR WITHOUT ADDITIVES
Catherine May is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to natural wines and biodynamic wine making. For her, wine is food. To showcase this he invites friends and regulars several times a year for wine dinners during which she and other winemakers taste natural wines and talk about sustainable winemaking while enjoying a farm to table feast and good company.
